I used to be the worst sleeper ever! Over the last year-ish, I’ve found some major hacks that have drastically improved my sleep:
1. A ‘real fan’ sound machine (not an electronic sound) – trust me, ‘real fan’ is the way to go. I can hear repeats and subtle beeping in electronic fans. And if you haven’t tried a sound machine, you’re in for a treat!
2. I put a very subtle wedge pillow under my mattress that gives me the slightest bit of elevation (but not enough to notice the angle) – this helps with drainage, stuffiness, swelling/puffiness, and digestion and I’m never going back.
3. A silent but powerful air filter. Good air = good sleep.
4. Switching to king size bamboo pillows. I like a longer pillow, but body pillows don’t look good when making a bed. 2 King pillows fit nicely on a queen bed and look great, and are way more comfortable.
